Keith McRedmond
Head AI National Accounts, iCapital

Keith McRedmond serves as Senior Vice President and Head of AI National Accounts at iCapital, where he leads the Alternative Investments National Accounts team. In this role, Keith is responsible for expanding iCapital’s engagement with Independent Broker-Dealers and Aggregator RIAs. His team focuses on delivering research and due diligence to support the development and management of alternative investment platforms, while also driving education and sales initiatives to promote broader adoption of alternatives.

With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Keith brings a deep understanding of both the broker-dealer and asset management sides of the business. He began his career at A.G. Edwards as a financial advisor and branch manager, and has since held leadership roles managing sales and national account teams across separate accounts, mutual funds, capital markets, and alternative investments.

Keith joined iCapital in January 2022, bringing with him a proven track record of building strategic relationships and driving business development across complex investment solutions.

Andy Marrone
National Sales Director, Griffin Capital

Andy Marrone serves as National Sales Director at Griffin Capital Company, LLC. At Griffin, he is responsible for managing the firm's Wealth Solutions Team and the firm’s relationships across all distribution channels. He plays an integral role in supporting the financial intermediaries Griffin Capital serves. Andy has extensive experience managing high-performing individuals and a deep understanding of real estate investment strategies, the capital markets and intermediary distribution.

Prior to joining Griffin Capital, he served as a Senior Vice President at Ecovest Capital where he was head of Sales and Distribution and a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. Prior to EcoVest, he spent more than two decades in sales and leadership roles with firms such as FS Investments, Cole Capital and AXA Equitable.

Rich Williams
Managing Director, Exchange and Direct Investments, Hines Private Wealth Solutions LLC

Rich Williams serves as Managing Director – Exchange and Direct Investments, for Hines Private Wealth Solutions LLC. In this role, he oversees the capital raise efforts for the Hines Real Estate Exchange and Hines U.S. Direct Investments platforms. He leads the team of specialists who serve as primary resources for financial professionals, home offices, and investors related to tax deferred exchanges and direct investment opportunities.

Rich joined the firm as the Sales Coordinator in 2012 and has held multiple roles since. Through his tenure at Hines, Rich has worked closely with financial professionals to understand and support the unique needs of their clients. Rich holds Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses, and graduated with a B.S. in Business-Finance from Louisiana State University.
